This is the walk along Whitley bay beach coming back from St Mary's Lighthouse looking towards the headland. This was a very bright sharp day in January with dark clouds and the sun shining through. I had just spent 5 days staying at a lovely apartment in Whitley Bay (Cullercoats Bay Holidays) and this was my moring walk.
